Executive Team

The key senior Principals of CommonWealth Partners have worked together for more than 20 years, have over 35 years experience in the real estate industry, and come from a background founded in strong financial fundamentals.

These Principals founded the Company to provide consistent and unmatched levels of service to a select group of clients by combining the highest level of capability and experience with an intense concentration of effort on their behalf. Since the Company’s genesis in 1995, we have built a staff of employees with expertise in all areas of real estate investment, development, and management.

Mr. Croft is a member of the company’s Board of Directors and Investment Committee and responsible for all company activities including company strategy, implementation, portfolio management, and investor relations, and is involved in the marketing, structuring, and negotiation of major transactions.

Mr. Munger is a member of the Board of Directors, the Chief Investment Officer of the company, and a member of the Investment Committee. He shares responsibility for the general operations of the company including portfolio operations, investment transactions, and development. In addition, Mr. Munger determines strategy and provides oversight for the areas of finance, marketing, and business development.

Mr. Lewis is a Principal at CommonWealth Partners. He is responsible for all investment activities of the company on a national basis including all acquisitions, dispositions, and ventures. In addition to his direct responsibilities for investment transactions, Mr. Lewis is also actively involved in strategic planning, asset management, and major transactions, and works closely with the managing principals in the marketing and business development for the company. Mr. Lewis is a member of the Investment Committee.

Richard C. Lewis

Mr. Corrente is responsible for overall portfolio management of the company’s office investments across the country.  This includes development and implementation of portfolio strategy, including oversight of asset management, property management, leasing, and capital markets activities. Responsibilities include preparation and implementation of the annual strategic plan, negotiation and structuring of property and portfolio-level debt transactions, and oversight and approval of major lease transactions.

Joseph A. Corrente

Mr. Addison is responsible for leading the company’s property management group, oversight of tenant improvement and major capital projects, tenant relations, operational leasing support, development of energy-efficiency standards and sustainability strategies, and negotiation of favorable portfolio-level vendor agreements. Mr. Addison also provides technical consulting and support in the areas of asset management, leasing, acquisitions, and development.

Mr. Khudic is responsible for overseeing asset management of the company on a national basis, including the preparation of strategic plans, oversight and approval of all lease transactions, negotiation of major lease transactions, and marketing and staffing. Responsibilities also encompass complete statistical and financial analysis, developing and implementing asset strategies, and approval of annual operating and capital budgets.

Mr. Prete manages the company’s East Coast portfolio and investment activities. He is responsible for asset management, investment transactions, developing and executing strategic business plans, and managing the New York office.

Ms. Leguizamo is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions of the company.  Ms. Leguizamo is also responsible for legal and corporate compliance, corporate risk management, and the establishment and maintenance of internal controls.

Ms. Wong is responsible for the financial reporting of the company, including policies and procedures, and internal controls for the Accounting Department.  In addition, Ms. Wong manages cash flow projections, oversees capital contributions and distributions, and oversees the annual financial audit and tax filing processes.

Mr. Henning oversees the financing activities, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives of the company.

Mr. Angelich is a member of the Investment Transactions and Portfolio Management groups of the company where he coordinates the company’s financial analyses, due diligence practices, market research, and asset valuations for new investments and dispositions.  Mr. Angelich works closely with the Asset Management, Accounting, and Finance departments overseeing ongoing valuations of the existing portfolio.

Ms. Maemori is responsible for directing all of the people functions of the company in accordance with the policies and practices of the company.

Ms. Quezambra is responsible for overseeing the property management department, including preparation of annual property operating budgets, tenant reconciliations, risk management, implementing the company’s policies and procedures, and managing the portfolio’s sustainable strategies.

Mr. Jacobsen is responsible for asset management of the company’s properties in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.  Responsibilities include preparation of annual strategic plans and operating and capital budgets, and negotiation of all lease transactions.

Mr. Grobecker is responsible for asset management of the company’s properties in in the Greater Los Angeles area.  Responsibilities include preparation of annual strategic plans and operating and capital budgets, and negotiation of all lease transactions.

Mr. Bendetti oversees the leasing activity for our Downtown Los Angeles properties.  Responsibilities include client development and retention, marketing, and lease transaction negotiations.
