Joe A. Corrente

Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President, Mr. Corrente is responsible for the execution of the financial strategy and capital markets transactions for the company portfolios and is focused on portfolio and asset management including monitoring and improving the risk-adjusted returns. As such, his responsibilities include negotiating and executing portfolio-level and property-level debt transactions, preparation of the strategic plan for the properties, statistical and financial portfolio analysis, strategy analysis and developing and implementing the appropriate financial structure of the portfolio.
