Richard C. Lewis

Principal

Mr. Lewis is a Principal at CommonWealth Partners. His responsibilities include supervision of all investment activities (acquisitions, dispositions, ventures) of the company including negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, property due diligence, market review and analysis, preparation of acquisition summaries, presentation of opportunities to the Investment Committee, and transition of acquisitions to asset management.
