Constructed in 2000, Wellesley Gateway was designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and is clad in red brick and features an elegant two-story glass and aluminum atrium. Wellesley Gateway is graciously appointed with amenities such as a full service cafeteria, employee fitness center, and coffee shop. The project is 100 percent leased and serves as the headquarters of the oldest non-profit health insurance plan in New England.
